Hi Sam,
I had to say a massive thank you to you and the band for playing such a fantastic set for our wedding. Every single guest commented on how brilliant you were... so did our photographer who hears a band every weekend!
You made our wedding day exactly what we wanted, a great party with our friends. The band seemed to do the impossible and cater for everyone... my 6 year old niece enjoyed the songs (bare necessities being the favourite!) just as much as my 70 year old aunty!
We cannot thank you enough. Even the first dance wasn't scary because you had such a great rapport with our guests that you took a lot of the emphasis away from our terrible dancing! It was made my day to see everyone up and dancing like a bunch of absolute lunatics... people who never ever dance were up and shaking it like they'd never danced before (!).. some of the pictures I have are just hilarious. But that's what it was.. fabulous music and brilliant fun.
Our photographer took some amazing pics of you guys and ive put them below... but I don't own the copyright for these pictures.. so if you would like to use them for anything, please let me know so that I can get the permissions.
So, again a huge huge thank you for making a good wedding a spectacular one!

Dear Sam,
Just wanted to drop you a note (now I'm back from honeymoon) to thank you and the band so much for playing at our wedding in Winchester on August 16th.
From the moment the first dance started I knew it was going to be an awesome set and that everyone was going to have a great time.
You were absolutely right about having created the "ultimate wedding set" and I was thrilled to look back and see the entire hall filled with people enjoying themselves and throwing each other around. Your professionalism, talent and enthusiasm really capped off a great day, but my particular favourite moments were the "scat-off" and the sax solo in A Little Less Conversation.
I hope you managed to enjoy yourselves as well. I've attached a couple of photos that may amuse you.
Best wishes for the future and hopefully hear you again soon.
Thanks again
Tom

We had the incredible Sam Chaplin and The Jazzbomb as our band and our first dance was Paul Weller’s You do something to me, Jazzbomb style. It was wonderful and we waltzed around the room to clap and whoops as Tom NEVER dances. Soon Tom dipped me for the last time and the rest of the guests rushed onto the dance floor to dance to Sam’s wonderful vocals and the bands energetic music. We spent the rest of the evening was spent laughing with guests, dancing to the band and photographing ourselves in the photo booth Vicky had set up in one of the rooms.
The reception was supposed to finish at 12, but St Audries Park let us carry on late into the night and Sam stayed behind and played piano and sung with our guests till the wee small hours.

I know it was ages ago and I think the other half already sent a thank you but just in case a quick note to say...
Jazzbomb were absolutely fabulous at our wedding reception - the musicianship really was top notch, the performance very professional and we felt privileged to have them at our party!
They really helped the party come alive and our guests still go on about how good they were when our wedding day crops up in conversation.
We will always remember how they helped make the day very special for us and happily recommend Jazzbomb to anyone we meet considering a function.
Very best wishes to you and Jazzbomb for the future!

Hi Sam,
...The whole day went so well: the venue, the weather, the food, the people... yet nothing got quite so many compliments as the band (apart from Jen, naturally). Even those that had long journeys home stayed far longer than they had planned as they were having such a great time, including my boss who had to take an impromptu kip in a motorway service station halfway up the M1 in the small hours! You also got people dancing that I’ve never seen dancing before, so plaudits for that too. A big thank you from Jen and me and our folks.
Yours Ben
